1. Availability articles

Normally, all items on the website are in stock. Orders are shipped within 48 hours.

2. Price

The prices displayed on the website www.cinema-passion.com are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping. The price is payable in full in one payment at the time of order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. For deliveries outside Canada, any customs fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping

Shipping costs cover the costs of preparing and packaging, plus postage. They are based on the delivery address and the weight.

4. Payment

Orders placed on www.inema-passion.com must be paid by credit card or Paypal. Upon payment, you will be directed to the secure PayPal site to choose your method of payment.

5. Delivery

Within two working days must be allocated to processing and shipping orders. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. You can visit the website of Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca) for information on delivery times.

6. Return Merchandise

If an item does not correspond to what was ordered, or if you are not satisfied with your item, we promise to refund, including shipping costs of delivery, within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided it is in the same condition as received and accompanied with a return number.

The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refunded.
